Ingredients to make Pina Coconut Drink:
1 pineapple chopped
3 cups coconut water
3 to 4 table spoon sugar syrup
Coconut meat from 2 fresh green coconut
8 to 10 ice cubes
For garnishing:
Pineapple slices
Ingredients to make sugar syrup:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Method to make Pina Coconut Drink:
For sugar syrup:
- Mix sugar and water together in a pan and cook till sugar dissolves. Let it come to room temperature.
How to proceed:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and churn properly.
- Strain it.
- Pour the drink in a serving glass and garnish with pineapple slices.
- Easy but healthy Pina Coconut Drink is ready to serve.
Tips:
- In case fresh pineapple is not available, tinned pineapple can be taken. In that case sugar syrup should be avoided.
