In this recipe it's a mixture of musk melon, pineapple and orange. Musk melon is a member of melon species. It's a one of the most popular tropical fruit which is available in summer. The botanical name of this fruit is cucumis melo. It belongs to the same family of pumpkin, gourd and cucumber.

It contains protein, frolic acid, sodium, carbohydrate, dietary fibres, potassium, vitamin c etc. So musk melon is very rich fruit watery fruit. At the same time
Pina Melon Crush contains orange juice also. nowadays orange juice is a very important part of healthy breakfast. It gives a healthy start to the day. Oranges are richest source of vitamin c. Ingredients to make Pina melon Crush:

3 cups pineapple juice
3/4 cup orange juice
500 grams chopped musk melon
1 cup chopped pineapple 
Crushed ice
1 table spoon sugar (opt.)

For Garnishing:

Chopped musk melon
Chopped Pineapple

Method to make Pina Melon Crush:

  • Make juice from pineapple and oranges. Keep in refrigerator.
  • Mix crushed ice, pineapple juice, orange juice and melon pieces and churn properly. Add sugar if needed.
  • Pour chilled crush in a glass and add chopped pineapple and melon pieces. Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Serve chilled Pina Melon Crush as a healthy drink in breakfast or as any time fresh juice.


  • Water melon can be taken if musk melon is not available.
  • For healthier version sugar should be avoided.
