Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Pina Aam Panna. Really very surprising and tangy party drink. Fresh pineapples are available all 365 days. Pineapple is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, fibre, copper etc. It is a low calorie fruit. So if frozen aam panna is available it is very easy to make this home made tangy drink. And in case aam panna or pineapples are not available ready made green (row) mango syrup and pineapple syrup can be taken. So enjoy this refreshing chilled drink this summer or for whole year.

Ingredients to make Pina Aam Panna::
1/4 cup row mango syrup or aam panna
1/2 cup pineapple syrup
10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
2 cups lemon soda
8 to 10 ice cubes
Black salt to taste
For garnishing:
Lemon slice
fresh mint leaves
Method to make Pina Aam Panna:
- Mix pineapple syrup, row mango syrup, ice cubes and mint leaves in a big bowl. Churn it properly with hand blander.
- If you don't like mint leaves it can be avoided or you can strain it.
- Pour the mixture in a serving glass and sprinkle roasted cumin powder and black salt.
- Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Chilled and tangy Pina Aam Panna is ready to serve.
