This recipe of mix vegetable soup contains bottle gourd, carrot, spinach, beat etc. So full of vitamins and good in taste. In my family we regularly have this soup in the morning. Bottle gourd helps lever in functioning so, good for jaundice patients. It reduces fatigue and helps us to remain fresh. At the same time carrot is rich in beta carotene and alkaline elements. Carrots purifies and revitalize the blood. 

The recipe contains beat also, as we all know beat is also a lever friend. It can prevent strokes and heart attack. And above all spinach is anti - inflammatory, and can protect our body from cancer. So try to drink this soup every day.

Makes - 4 glasses

Ingredients to make Mix Vegetable Soup:

1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1 cup chopped spinach
1 beat root
1 small or 1/2 big bottle gourd
1 table spoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon lack pepper powder

Method to make Mix Vegetable Soup:

  • Wash and chop all vegetables. Grate beat root as it is very heard to cook. Add sufficient water (approx - 3 cups) to it and pressure cook till boiled. 
  • Remove churn it properly. Strain and add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
  • Serve Luke warm Mix Vegetable Soup.
