Ingredients to make Banana Pineapple Colada:
2 bananas
2 cups coconut milk
1 tea spoon sugar or honey (opt.)
6 to 8 ice cubes - crushed
For garnishing:
Pineapple slices
Banana slices
Method to make Banana Pineapple Colada:
- Make juice from pineapple.
- Grate coconut and churn it in mixture with little water. Strain and add some more water. (approx 1 cup water will do.)
- Peel and mash finely ripe yellow bananas.
- Mix mashed banana,pineapple juice and coconut milk and churn properly.
- Strain it. Add crushed ice and mix properly. Add honey or sugar if needed.
- Pour the drink in a serving glass and garnish with pineapple or banana slices.
- Chilled Banana Pineapple Colada will give better taste.
