But now it's a home made recipe for Caramelized Banana Shake. This sweet drink contains the goodness of banana. Bananas are not only very good source of calcium, but it contains vitamin b6, vitamin c, manganese, fibre, potassium etc. so, enjoy this testy, yummy recipe today after dinner or as full meal in fast.

Ingredients to make Caramelized Banana Shake:
3 ripe yellow bananas
3 cups chilled milk
4 table spoon chocolate sauce (opt.)
To serve with:
Vanilla ice cream
For garnishing:
Caramel syrup
Method to make Caramelized Banana Shake:
- Make caramelized sugar as the recipe of caramelized cold coffee. Add some chilled milk to it and keep aside.
- Peel and chop banana and churn them with caramelized syrup and chilled milk.
- Add chocolate sauce and crushed ice if needed. Churn again.
- Strain and pour in a glass. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish with banana slice and caramel syrup. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Serve chilled Caramelized Banana Shake after meal or as whole meal during fast.
