How to Make Crispy Fruit Mocktail

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Crispy Fruit mocktail . You must be surprised a fruit mocktail and crispy? Yes it is a very easy and tangy mix fruit mocktail. Basically it is a fresh fruit mocktail with the goodness of fresh fruits. Even if fresh fruit juices are not available tinned juices can be taken. And the main plus point of this home made recipe is that you can add or omit any juice as per your choice. Here in this recipe of Crispy Fruit Mocktail we are taking orange juice, pineapple juice and apple juice. In earlier recipes of pina melon crush we knew about the health benefits of pineapple. And orange is a very rich source of vitamin c. Even it contains vitamin a, vitamin b,sodium calcium amino acid also. Above all we know that AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS DOCTOR AWAY. Because apple is very rich in fibre and vitamin c. So enjoy this healthy Crispy Fruit Mocktail tomorrow in breakfast. Even watermelon, kiwi, lichee, sweet lemon juice can be used as per the choice.


Preparation time - 10 minutes
Freezing time - 5 to 6 hours
Cooking time  - nil
Makes - 4 glasses

Ingredients to make Crispy Fruit Mocktail:

1 cup finely chopped or grated apple and pineapple
1/2 glass orange juice
1 1/2 glass pineapple juice 
1 glass apple juice
8 to 10 ice cubes - crushed
1 to 2 tea spoon lemon juice (opt.)

For garnishing:

Lemon slice
Mint leaf

Method to make Crispy Fruit Mocktail:

  • Mix all fresh fruit juices in a bowl and add grated apple and pineapple.
  • Transfer in a flat container and refrigerate in deep freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
  • After freezing remove from refrigerator and stir with a spoon to give a texture like slush. 
  • In a serving glass pour 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice and then pour the mixture. 
  • Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaf.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Serve chilled Crispy Fruit Mocktail in breakfast or as refreshing summer drink.
