Ingredients to make Banana Smoothie:
200 gram fresh yogurt
1 big banana
1 ½ to 2 table spoon sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
1 cup crushed ice
For garnishing:
Banana slice
Method to make Banana Smoothie:
1. Peel and cut banana.
2. Mix all the ingredients of smoothie and churn it properly.
3. Strain it and pour in a long smoothie glass.
4. Garnish with sliced banana.
5. Chilled and calcium rich Banana Smoothie is ready to serve.
