How to Make Banana Smoothie

This is actually a summer drink. But as it contains banana it is full of calcium. So enjoy quick and easy homemade recipe of Banana Smoothie.

Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – nil
Serves – 2 glasses





Ingredients to make Banana Smoothie:

200 gram fresh yogurt
1 big banana
1 ½ to 2 table spoon sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
1 cup crushed ice
For garnishing:
Banana slice

Method to make Banana Smoothie:

1. Peel and cut banana.
2. Mix all the ingredients of smoothie and churn it properly.
3. Strain it and pour in a long smoothie glass.
4. Garnish with sliced banana.
5. Chilled and calcium rich Banana Smoothie is ready to serve.

  1. And what do know ladies and gentleman, we have a a-plus smoothie here. Ir turned out just fine. I am actually quite proud of it. I gave it to my kids to test it and even though I had to bear the stares of "why us", they eventually really liked it. I have always been making smoothie but have never been asked for seconds. But with this one, i am loving the response. The kids love the taste and the color now. And it is healthy for them. I did not know how to stop them from consuming fizzy drinks which were killing them inside, but this smoothie did the trick. You are a real star mate. Thanks

  2. I`m really glad-full to you that finally i got the most unique recipe for making banana smoothie. Many times i eat smoothie but i didn't find such taste as compare with the result of this recipe. As it's really tasteful for children. I'm really thankful to you for your kind support.
