How to Make Mango Colada

Normally we all know about pina colada. But here it’s a homemade recipe for non-alcoholic refresher  Mango Colada. A refreshing blend of tropical flavors of coconut, pineapple juice and mango pulp makes this beverage so memorable that you will keep wanting more.

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time – nil
Serves – 4 people

Ingredients to make Mango Colada:

1 cup- 200 gram mango pulp
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup-200 ml. pineapple juice
2 cup crushed ice
For garnishing:
Mango slice

Method to make Mango Colada:

1. Mix all the ingredients in blender.
2. Place crushed ice in a serving glass up to half and pour the mixture over it. Now repeat the process for remaining.
3. Garnish Mango Colada with mango slice and serve chilled.

Tips to make Mango Colada:

1. Soak grated coconut with warm water for 10 to 15 minutes and churn it. Strain with thin muslin cloth, coconut milk is ready.
2. To prepare the Cocktail glass: Moisten the rim of the glasses with sugar solution. Dip the rim on a saucer full of desiccated coconut. Keep in the fridge to chill.
