As I mention above Mutter Coriander Soup is one of my favorite soups. It is different and high protein soup. So enjoy this healthy different soup.

Ingredients to make Mutter Coriander Soup:
1 cups fresh green peas
1/2 cups chopped coriander
2 to 3 green chilies
1tea spoon cumin seeds
2 tea spoon butter
1 table lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon fresh green garlic – chopped
1/2 cups chopped coriander

For garnishing:
Fresh cream
Boiled green peas

Method to make Mutter Coriander Soup:
- Mix green peas, coriander, chili, garlic, salt and 3 cups water in a pressure cooker.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Or till 2 whistles.
- Let it cool at room temp. When cool remove from cooker and churn well.
- Strain the soup. Keep a side.
- In another pan heat butter and add cumin seeds. When it crackles add it to soup.
- Cook the soup till one boil.
- Garnish with cream and boiled green peas. Hot and healthy mutter coriander soup is ready to serve.
Tips for serving:
- Garnishing can be done with grated cheese and chopped coriander also.
- Mutter coriander soup can be served with French bread.
