Ingredients to make Brownie pudding:
Chocolate Brownie - 1 recipe
Single fat cream - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 3 table spoon
For garnishing:
whipped cream
Chocolate chips
Chocolate vermicelli
To serve with:
vanilla ice cream
Method to make Brownie Pudding:
- Crumble brownie and add cream and condensed milk in to it.
- Mix well.
- Pour it in a small serving bowl. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate chips and chocolate vermicelli.
- Cool and chocolaty brownie pudding is ready to serve.
- If single fat cream is not available add half quantity of milk in full fat cream and mix properly.
- Make sure brownie is not hot at the time of preparing brownie pudding, for safer side make brownie on a day before.
- If you want to serve with ice cream avoid garnishing.
