Rakshabandhan - Rakhi Special Recipe Brownie Pudding

Here it's a very fast and easy recipe for Brownie Pudding, which can be made from left over brownie.

Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 8 minutes
Serves - 8 persons


Ingredients to make Brownie pudding:


Chocolate Brownie - 1 recipe
Single fat cream - 1 cup 
Condensed milk - 3 table spoon


For garnishing:


whipped cream
Chocolate chips
Chocolate vermicelli


To serve with:


vanilla ice cream


Method to make Brownie Pudding:
  • Crumble brownie and add cream and condensed milk in to it.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour it in a small serving bowl. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate chips and chocolate vermicelli.
  • Cool and chocolaty brownie pudding is ready to serve.
Tips:
  • If single fat cream is not available add half quantity of milk in full fat cream and mix properly.
  • Make sure brownie is not hot at the time of preparing brownie pudding, for safer side make brownie on a day before.
  • If you want to serve with ice cream avoid garnishing.
