- First of all mix all the ingredients of pizza base and make a stiff dough from them.
 - Now make a big roti from it and prick it by fork or knife. Bake it at 180` c temp for 10 minutes or till light brown, other wise you can make pizza base on tavi - griddle also at very low flame.
 - Apply some butter over base and spread pizza sauce on it.
 - If required you can sprinkle finely chopped capsicum,boiled corn,chopped onion and chopped tomatoes also.
 - Cover the entire base with cheese. Yummy and delicious Healthy Pizza is ready to serve.
 
For Pizza Sauce:
- Heat oil in a pan. fry onion and garlic for few minutes. Now add tomato pulp in it and cook for at least 5 minutes.
 - When tomatoes are cooked add tomato ketchup,capsicum, chilly flacks,oregano,salt,red chilly powder and 1 table spoon grated cheese. Cook for 2 minutes. Add corn flour slurry and let it cook till thick. Pizza sauce is ready to apply,keep a side and let it cool at room temperature.
 - You can store this in deep freeze for minimum 15 days.
