Ingredients to make Minestrone Soup:

Method to make Minestrone Soup:
- Fry onion in hot oil, after 2 - 3 minutes add garlic pest and then add carrot let it cook for a minute, then add salt and black pepper powder, and cabbage also mix well. Now pour 4 glasses of water and let it boil. Make sure that vegetables are not over cooked.
- In other vessel cook tomatoes in remaining water, crush and strain it.
- Mix tomato juice in boiled vegetable's mixture.
- Now add corn flour slurry, 1 cup of cheese, green peas and boiled macaroni and chilly sauce in it .
- Boil till cheese melts.
- Garnish with gated cheese and mint leaves and serve hot minestrone soup with bread or starter.
