Flour | : | 170 gram |
Condensed milk | : | 260 gram |
Butter | : | 50 gram |
Milk | : | 50 ml |
Soda bi-carb | : | ½ tea spoon |
Baking soda | : | 1 tea spoon |
Vanilla essence | : | 1 ½ tea spoon |
For soaking: | ||
Water | : | 200 ml |
Sugar | : | 200 gram |
Butter for (greasing) | ||
Flour (for dusting) |
- Mix butter and condensed milk together till smooth.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and soda bi-carb together for 2 - 3 times.
- Mix the flour into the flour and condensed milk mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Make 2 equal part from it. Add 3 table spoons of cocoa powder in one part and mix well.
- Add vanilla essence in the another part.
- In a greased and dusted cake tin pour some cake bater of chocolate flavor and some of vanilla flavor alternatively.(take a rectangle cake tin.)
- Bake it for 40 - 45 minutes at 200. c at preheated oven.
- Insert a tooth pick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean the cake is ready.
- Let it cool at room temperature on wire rack.
- After cooling you can dust marble cake with icing sugar if desired.
