Veg. Fried Rice Recipe

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 10 minutes
Serves – 4 person

Ingredients to make Fried rice:

1 ½ cup basmati rice
100 gram diamond cut French beans
100 gram diamond cut Carrot
100 gram diamond cut Capsicum
1 cup diamond cut spring onion
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 table spoon soya sauce
2 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
4 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Method to make Fried Rice:

·       Wash and soak the basmati rice for half an hour. Drain the water. Make water to boil and add salt, 1 tea spoon ghee and 1 tea spoon of lemon juice in it, when boil add soaked rice, let it cook. When cooked drain and keep a side.

·       Take oil in a pan, add French beans, carrots and capsicum in hot oil. shallow fry for a minute and add spring onion and to it. Now it’s time to add ginger garlic paste.

·       Add cooked rice and mix chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar to it, mix well.

·       Add salt to taste. Mix it and garnish with spring onion. Fried Rice is ready to serve.
