Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make delicious sabmarine sandwich with the goodness of vegetables. Submarine sandwich is a sandwich which is not called junk food. Because this recipe contains vitamins as well as calcium also. It is full of vegetables and cheese - cottage cheese.

Method to make Submarine Sandwich:
- shallow fry potato slices in butter, keep a side.
- Cut cabbage leaves and cheese slice into two.
- Cut bun in to two horizontally and shallow fry in butter, keep a side.
- Take a lower part of bun,put 2 slices of cabbage leaves on it, spread cucumber slice, tomato slice, potato slice and onion slices on it. Pour mayonnaise and spread it properly.
- Again spread some of tomato,cabbage and cucumber slices over it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on them.
- Put cheese slices on salad.
- Spread grated cabbage, cucumber and carrot over it. Close the Sandwich with the upper part of bun.
- Serve Submarine Sandwich with french fries and tomato ketch up.
