Russian sandwich

Learn, how to make delicious sweet and creamy Russian sandwich for desert also. Normally sandwiches are spicy and cheese, but here in this recipe it's a try to make little sweet sandwich, russian sandwich Which is full of fruits and vegetables and of course, cheese and yogurt is there.

Ingredients to make Russian Sandwich:


Bread
:
8 slices
Hung curd
:
200 gram
Green peas (boiled)
:
2 table spoon
French beans (boiled)
:
4 – 5
Potato (boiled)
:
1 very small
Pineapple (tinned)
:
2 slices
:
1 small
Cherry (tinned)
:
8 – 10
Mayonnaise
:
4 table spoon
Cheese spread
:
½ cup
Salt to test


Black pepper powder
:
1 tea spoon
Butter to apply on bread


Sugar
:
½ tea spoon




Method to make Russian sandwich:
  1. Mix curd,mayonnaise and cheese spread together. Beat for a minute.
  2. Mix all vegetables and fruits together.
  3. Cut the sides of the bread. Keep a side.
  4. Mix yogurt mixer and fruits - vegetables together and add sugar in it. 
  5. Spread butter on the bread, apply above mixture over bread slice. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder on it and cover it with the another slice. Repeat the process for the other slices.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Cut Russian sandwich into 2 pieces and serve cold.
