Chilly Paneer

Ingredients to make Chilly Paneer :



Paneer
:
250 gram
Soya sauce
:
3 tea spoon
Chilly sauce
:
2 table spoon
Tomato sauce
:
6 table spoon
Green chilly (sliced)
:
8- 10
Garlic (crushed)
:
8 10
Coriander (chopped)
:
2 table spoon
Sugar
:
½ tea spoon
Salt to test


Black pepper
:
½ tea spoon
Oil to deep fry



Slurry:





Corn flour
:
3 table spoon
Wheat flour (hard)
:
3 table spoon
Salt to test


Water as required





Indian Paneer (Cottage Cheese) DelightsMethod to make Paneer Chilly:

  1. Mix corn flour, salt, wheat flour and water and make slurry.
  2. Make pieces of ½” of paneer.
  3. Deep paneer in slurry and deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Heat 2 table spoon oil fry green chilies and garlic pest in it for ½ minute. You can add ginger pest also.
  5. Add salt black pepper powder, sugar in and stir well.
  6. Now add Soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato ketch up and 2 table spoon water and cook for a minute.
  7. Add fried paneer and chopper coriander and mix well.
  8. Serve Chilly Paneer hot.
