Lassi

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Learn how to make delicious, home made  chocolate flavor lassi recipe. Lassi is a very rich and healthy soft drink. It is very easy to make it at home. Enjoy the goodness of yogurt this summer.
Serves - 4
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - nil




Ingredients to make Lassi (chocolate flavor): 

Fresh yogurt (hung curd)
:
4 cups
Sugar
:
4 table spoon
Grated dark chocolate
:
100 gram
Drinking chocolate powder
:
3 table spoon
Chilled milk
:
½ cups
Chocolate chips for garnishing (opt)



Method to make lassi (chocolate flavor):
  1. Hang curd for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Mix hung curd, milk, grated chocolate, drinking chocolate powder and sugar together.
  3. Churn it for 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chocolate chips or chocolate vermicelli.
  5. Serve chilled.
