Jello Salad

Normally salads are not loved by children. Here it's a recipe of home made jello salad with jelly, so that children will also love to have it. It is full of vitamins and proteins.

Serves - 6
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 2 - 3 minutes

Ingredients to make Jelly Salad: 

Cucumber (dies cut)
Carrot (dies cut)
Cabbage (dies cut)
Pineapple (dies cut)
2 slices
Paneer (dies cut)
50 gram
Walnut roughly chopped
Salt to test

Black pepper powder
1 tea spoon
Lemon juice
2 tea spoon
Plane gelatin
3 tea spoon

  1. Cut cucumber, carrot, cabbage, pineapple and paneer in same size.
  2. Crush walnut roughly.
  3. Mix gelatin in to 3 tablae spoon boiling water. mix well.
  4. Add vegetables and walnut in it. Add salt,black pepper powder and lemon juice. Mix properly. refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. UN mold jello salad and serve chilled.
* You can take grapes, tomatoes, cashew nut also.
