Gold Coin

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make a spicy recipe from bread means - gold coin. Gold coin is very delicious and spicy recipe. It contains lots of vegetable so it is full of protein. If brown bead is used it is no more fast food.

Ingredients to make Veg.Gold Coin:

Bread slices
:

Boil potatoes
:
2 small
Finely chopped onion
:
1 small
Finely chopped carrot
:
1 small
Finely chopped capsicum
:
1 small
Finely chopped cabbage
:
¼
Chopped coriander
:
2 table spoon
Soya sauce
:
1 tea spoon
Black pepper powder
:
½ tea spoon
Red chilly powder
:
¼ tea spoon
Salt to test


Bread crumbs


Oil to deep fry


Sesame seeds  

:
¼ cup
For slurry:





Hard wheat flour
:
3 table spoon
Water
:
¼ cup


Method to make Gold Coin:

  1. Grate boiled potatoes.
  2. Fry onion in hot oil. Let it cook light brown. Add finely chopped vegetables and fry fry for 2 - 3 minutes at slow flame.
  3. Now add grated potatoes, soya sauce,  salt, chilly powder ad black pepper powder. Again fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Let it cool at room temp.
  4. Cut bread slices in round shape with the help of cutter or a small bowl. Put a small amount of stuffing over round cut bread. Press it properly.
  5. Apply wheat slurry over it,then bread crumbs and Sesame seeds at last. Press it gently.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil. Veg.gold coin is ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilly garlic sauce.
