Ingredients to make Protein-Packed Perfection: Besan Chilla Stuffed with Creamy Paneer and Garden Veggies!:
For chilla:
1 cup gram flour/besan
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon finely chopped spicy green chillies
A hand full of coriander leaves
A pinch of asafoetida (opt)
A pinch of soda bi carb
For stuffing:
1/2 cup grated/crumbled paneer
3 tablespoon finely chopped onion
3 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum
1 tablespoon boiled sweet corn
A hand full of coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper powder
1 cube grated cheese ( opt)
Oil
Chat masala to sprinkle
Method to make Protein-Packed Perfection: Besan Chilla Stuffed with Creamy Paneer and Garden Veggies!:
For chilla:
- Mix all ingredients of chilla in a bowl. Whisk properly and add water as needed.
- Make semi thick better and keep a side.
For stuffing:
- Mix all ingredients of stuffing and make proper stuffing.
How to prepare Protein-Packed Perfection: Besan Chilla Stuffed with Creamy Paneer and Garden Veggies!:
- Heat tavi/griddle and apply few drops of oil. Wipe with tissue and spread better with laddle. Sprinkle chat masala over it.
- Spread some oil over it and then spread some stuffing over the chilla.
- Let it cook at medium to slow flame.
- Fold and serve piping hot chilla with tomato ketchup, curd and chutney.
