Multigrain Flour


Roasting time - 10 minutes 

Ingredients to make Multigrain Flour:

250 grams oats

250 gram corn kernels 

250 grams unpolished soyabean 

250 grams fried bengal grams

4 to 5 kg wheat 


Method to make Multigrain Flour:

In a thick bottom kadhai, first add soyabetand dry roast at medium flame. When they releases nice aroma add corn kernels and again roast for 2 minutes. 

Now it's time to add fried bengal grams to it and again roast for 2 minutes.

At last add oats and again roast for 2 minutes. 

Transfer them in the broad plate and let them cool at room temperature.

Mix them with whole wheat properly.

Make your desired flour at home with flour mill. 

When cool transfer this healthy flour to air tight container.

Your easy and healthy Multigrain flour is ready for every recipes.

Tips:

You can add or omit grains as per choice and requirements.
