Trifle Pudding recipe
Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Last time we made an eggless vanilla sponge cake, and now it's time to make super delicious, Mouthwatering Trifle Pudding. As you know I made a vanilla sponge cake in the microwave in just 4 minutes. It will be easy to make trifle pudding from it. Even leftover vanilla cake crumbs also can be used. It's a super rich combination of vanilla sponge, lots of fresh fruits and vanilla cream. So, let's proceed to make Mouthwatering Trifle Pudding.

Ingredients to make Mouthwatering Trifle Pudding:
1 recipe vanilla sponge cake
200 ml cream (I took single fat cream)
2 to 3 tablespoon powder sugar
Few drops of vanilla essence
A big bowl full of fresh fruits
(kiwi, tinned pineapple, strawberry, banana, apple grapes, oranges etc.)
1/2 cup diluted jelly or jam
(I took mix fruit jam)
Method to make Mouthwatering Trifle Pudding:
- Take the choice of jam or jelly in microwave safe bowl and add 1 to 2 tablespoon water to it. Mix and cook in microwave for 10 seconds if needed.
- Mix cream and sugar and mix well. keep in the refrigerator.
- Chop fruits and sprinkle some powder sugar over it. Keep aside.
- In a big serving bowl spread some cream and then make a thick layer of vanilla cake crumb over it. Soak with diluted jam or jelly.
- Again make a layer of cream and then make a layer of fresh vegetables.
- Repeat the same for the 2nd layer.
- At the top Sprinkle some more fresh fruits and jam or jelly mixture.
- Refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.
- Our Mouthwatering Trifle Pudding is ready to serve.
