Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Once again a very delicious and healthy chocolate brownie recipe. In this home made an eggless recipe I used whole wheat flour as my other recipes. And it's awesome in taste. To make it more chocolaty I tried to pour lots of chocolate truffle and really it's yummy and spongy also. Above all, I made it in the microwave so quick also. So, what are you waiting for let's make this super delicious Brownie Overloaded today.
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda bi carb
3 1/2 to 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coffee powder
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup + 2 tablespoon milk at room temperature
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence (pot.)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
For garnishing:
1 cup dark cooking chocolate
1/2 cup single fat cream
1/4 cup milk
Walnuts as needed
Method to make Brownie overloaded for Chocolate Lovers:
- In a big mixing bowl strain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, coffee powder and soda bi carb. Add walnuts to it and mix well.
- In another bowl add milk, butter, vanilla essence and sugar, mix well. Add dry mixture to it slowly and mix well.
- Mix properly.
- Now grease microwave safe round cake bowl and place a butter paper on it.
- Pour cake mixture into it and tap 2 to 3 times to remove bubbles.
- Now bake at micro hi for 6 minutes, if not ready after 6 minutes again bake for 30 seconds or more as needed. (cooking time may differ by brand to brand.)
- Check and remove from microwave. Let it cool for minimum 20 minutes and then unmould. Mean while mix dark chocolate, cream and milk in microwave safe bowl and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minute till chocolate melts. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Prick with round knife or screw driver at the top of the cake.
- Soak with simple water (1/4 cup approx.
) if you want the more spongy brownie. I love spongy one. - Pour warm chocolate sauce on it. Repeat the same after 2 minutes to make a thick layer. Sprinkle walnuts over it.

Tips:
- Bake it for 15 to 17 minutes in preheated oven at 180`c temperature if don't have a microwave.
