How to make Veggie Mayo Sandwich

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: AS we all know cheese and mayonnaise are loved by kids. So, I tried to make a delicious and easy to make a sandwich with these two ingredients. As always I tried to add lots of healthy vegetables to make it filler as well as healthier. So, let's make this yummy Veggie Mayo Sandwich as snack or kids lunchbox item. I didn't grill it but can be grilled also.



Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - nil

Ingredients to make Veggie Mayo Sandwich:

4 slices bread
Butter as needed

For feeling:

2 tablespoon grated and pressed cucumber
2 tablespoon very finely chopped or grated onion
1 tablespoon very finely chopped capsicum
2 tablespoon grated carrot
2 tablespoon hung curd
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon cheese spread
1 tablespoon chilli tomato sauce
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Method to make Vege Mayo Sandwich:

  • Mix all ingredients of filling in a bowl and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Apply butter on inner sides of bread and spread filling over one bread. Cover with another bread.
  • That's it our super delicious Vege Mayo Sandwich is ready to serve. Just cut and serve.
  • In case you want to grill again apply some butter over bread slices and grill.
