How to make Herb Bread

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: In earlier recipe we made pasta with garlic bread. But now it's time for yummy, delicious Herb bread. It is very easy and quick. So, try this side recipe with pasta or with choice of soup.





Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
makes from - 1 loaf

Ingredients to make Herb Bread:

1 French loaf
1/4 cup loose butter
1/4 cup gated pizza cheese
1 tea spoon oregano
1 tea spoon crushed garlic
1/2 tea spoon very finely chopped green chillies
Butter as needed




Method to make Herb Bread:


  • In a big mixing bowl add loose - semi melted butter, dry herbs and cheese, mix well. And keep a side.
  • Cut slices from French loaf. Apply above mixture on one side and butter  on another side.
  • On a non stick pan place them.  Make sure to place buttery side down.
  • Cook covered at medium flame till cheese melts.
  • Hot and healthy Herb Bread is ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with soup or pasta.
