Must be surprised! Golgappa and Italian? But that's true. As we all gogappa - pani puri is very well known Indian street food, loved by all. But here it's a very easy and different version of that same golgappa with Italian pasta. Yes, it's a fusion of Italian pasta and our Indian pani puri. And if pasta is ready it is very easy to make it. Even leftover pasta also can be used.

Ingredients to Make Italian Golgappa:
1 cup Ready Italian pasta
Grated cheese as needed
For garnishing:
Chilli flacks
Oregano
Method to Make Italian Golgappa:
- Make a small hole in puri and keep aside.
- Fill warm - not piping hot pasta in it and again fill with grated cheese.
- Sprinkle some chilli flacks and oregano over it.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Make sure to fill at the time of serving only, otherwise, the puri will be soggy because of hot pasta.
- Serve this fusion recipe of Italian pasta as snacks or starter also.
