How to Make Double Decker Monaco Toppings

Kids love munching, and they want different every time. They give very short notice. So I tried to make a very different topping for my son and tried to make it little more healthy. I used hung curd and cheese and of course mayonnaise also. I tried to make it different from normal toppings by making it the double decker. I used creamy spread in one layer and yummy spicy pizza sauce in another layer to make it delicious and interesting. So try this quick and easy Double Decker Monaco Toppings today for you and your lovely kids. It can be the good option for the starter in kitty party or kids party also. To cut salt and make it more healthy malty grain cookies can b taken.

Preparation time - 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - nil

Ingredients to make Double Decker Monaco Toppings:

2 to 3 packet Monaco biscuits

For First creamy layer:

2 tablespoon hung curd
2 tablespoon cheese spread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
(You may use chilli tomato ketchup also.)
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon grated and pressed cucumber
2 tablespoon grated carrot
1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves

For second delicious layer:

½ cup pizza sauce

For garnishing: 

Grated cheese
Chilli flacks

Method to make Double Decker Monaco Toppings:

For First creamy layer:

  • Hang curd for minimum 1 hour. 
  • Grated cucumber and carrot with the thin grater. Press and drain excess water from cucumber, keep aside.
  • Mix all ingredients of salad in a big mixing bowl and keep aside.

How to assemble:

  • Place a Monaco on a plate and carefully spread curd toppings on it, now place another Monaco and spread pizza sauce over it. 
  •  Again place a Monaco and at last cover with grated cheese, chilli flacks and oregano. 
  •   Repeat the same for remaining. 
  •  Quick and mouth watering Double Decor Monaco Toppings is ready to serve.
