And now it's time for a very delicious and cool homemade recipe for Nutty Rose Lassi. It is very delicious and quick to make this lassi. Only one preparation is to hang curd for 2 to 3 hours and now churn it to have a sip of delicious lassi. I think this is a very good option for this hot summer. My son always demands chilled milk or lassi at summer noon. And I find it healthy with homemade syrup and curd. It's a great option of calcium for everyone. Ingredients to make Nutty Rose Lassi:
500 grams hung curd
2 glasses chilled milk
1 to 2 tablespoon powder sugar
2 to 3 tablespoon rose syrup
2 tablespoon chopped and roasted cashews
2 tablespoon soaked raisins
For garnishing:
Rose syrup
Cashews
Raisins
Method to make Nutty Rose Lassi:
- Hang curd for 2 to 3 hours. (take 750 to 800 grams curd for hanging)
- Soak raisins in lukewarm water for 20 to 25 minutes.
- In a big bowl mix all ingredients excluding cashew nuts and raisins.
- Churn properly and add cashews and raisins to it.
- In a serving glass pore, some rose syrup from sides and then pour lassi carefully.
- Garnish with cashews and raisins. Repeat the same for remaining. Keep in refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled Nutty Rose Lassi.
