In earlier recipes we learn to make rasmalai and strawberry rasmalai. But noe it's summer, time for king of fruit mango. So I tried to make some thing different and yummy from mango. It's a very delicious and easy recipe of Mango Rasmalai. As the recipe of strawberry rasmalai this is also a very easy desert. As the recipe of strawberry rasmalai Make sure to use plane milk instead of saffron milk for rasmalai. And if left over rasmalai has to be used make sure to use another milk as the recipe of rasmalai. Make sure to avoid dry fruits. So enjoy the home made recipe of Mango Rasmalai.

Ingredients to make Mango Rasmalai:
16 no. ready rasmalai
1 alfanso or kesar mango finely chopped
2 table spoon powder sugar (opt.)
1 cup mango pulp

For garnishing:
Finely chopped sweet mango
Method to make Strawberry Rasmalai:
- Cut rasmalai in to two parts horizontally.
- Mix chopped mangoes with sugar and mix well.
- In a serving plate place lower part of rasalai and spread mango mixture over it. Place upper part of the rasmalai over it. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Mix mango pulp with chilled rasmalai milk. Blend properly and pore it over the ready rasmalais.
- Garnish with mangoes. Store in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chilled Mango Rasmalai as desert.
