How to Make Creamy Fruity Pancake

In earlier recipe we learn to make chocolate pancake with vanilla ice cream but now it's time for yummy home made recipe of Creamy Fruity Pancake. It's very delicious and easy recipe to serve as desert. A plane pancake has to be served with rich fresh cream and delicious fresh fruits. The main plus point of this recipe is that it can be made earlier, so we have to assemble at the time of serving. You can serve choice of ice cream with this. So, get ready for the mouth watering recipe of Creamy Fruity Pancake. 

Preparation time - 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Makes - 15 pancakes (approx.)

Ingredients to make Creamy Fruity Pancake:

For pancake:

200 gram self rising flour
50 gram powder sugar
125 gram oil
350 ml. milk
1/2 tea spoon baking soda

For spread:

200 mi. single fat cream
1/4 tea spoon vanilla essence
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 to 3 table spoon strawberry crush
2 cups of finely chopped fruits
(eg. kiwi, orange, apple, grapes, 
pineapple, strawberry etc.)
1 table spoon powder sugar (opt.)

For garnishing:

Sweet whipped cream
Strawberry crush

Method to make Creamy Fruity Pancake:

For pancake:

  • Mix all ingredients of pancake and mix well. Give rest for 5 minutes.
  • Make medium thick small pancakes from it. Don't make them crisp. Keep in refrigerator to chill.

For spread:

  • Mix all ingredients of spread in a bowl and keep in refrigerator to chill.

How to assemble:

  • In a serving plate place a pancake and then spread some fruity mixture over it. Place another pancake over it and finely garnish with whipped cream and strawberry crush.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Serve chilled Creamy Fruity Pancake as desert.


  • If single cream is not available add some milk to full fat cream.
  • In stead of strawberry crush choice of crush can be used.
