How to Make Hariyali Paneer Tikka Wrap

In earlier recipe we learn to make Paneer Tikka and Hariyali Paneer Tikka. But now it's time for yummy Hariyali Paneer Tikka Wrap. It's a very healthy wap with lots of paneer - cottage cheese with capsicum and onion. Yummy green paste has to be made for marination. And whole wheat roti is used to make it more healthy. I think this will be an ideal lunch box recipe also. So enjoy this home made recipe today.
Preparation time - 10 to 12 minutes
Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes
Makes - 6 to 7 wraps

Ingredients to make Hariyali Paneer Tikka Wrap:

For tikka:

250 grams paneer cubes
1 capsicum
2 onion
1 table spoon oil

For marination:

1 cup hung curd
1 table spoon ginger paste
1 table green chilli paste
2 table spoon green chutney
2 table spoon gram flour - roasted
      or
2 table spoon corn flour
2 tea spoon kasuri methi
2 table spoon cream
3 table spoon chaat masalo
1 tea spoon garam masalo
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 lemon juice
Salt to taste

6 to 7 roties
Butter as needed

For spead:

1 cup hung curd
1 tea spoon chaat masalo
2 to 3 table spoon marination paste

To serve with:

Onion slice
Tomato ketch up

Method to make Hariyali Paneer Tikka Wrap:

For tikka:

  • Cut paneer, onion and capsicum in equal square pieces.

For maination: 

  • Mix all ingredients of marination in a bowl and add oil to it. Mix well. 
  • Take 2 to 3 table spoons of marination in another bowl.
  • Now add paneer, capsicum and onion to it and keep a side for minimum  30 minutes.
  •  Mean while add removed marination to hung cud and add chaat masalo to it. 
  • Grill marinated paneer, capsicum and onion on flame or in griller.
  • Make soft roties.

How to assemble:

  • On a non stick tavi - griddle warm roties and apply some curd mixture over it. Place some grilled paneer, onion and capsicum over it.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masalo over it. You can place some onion slices over it. 
  • Roll it tightly. Repeat the same for remaining. 
  • Apply some butter over them and shallow fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till crisp at slow flame.
  • Cut them in to 2 parts and serve hot. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketch up.
  • Serve hot Hariyali Paneer Tikka wrap hot as starter, snack or as single meal dinner.
