This is a new and rich version of normal rasmalai. Normally we like rasmalai with lots of dry fruits. But here it's a twist. It's a home made recipe for yummy strawberry rasmalai. It's very delicious with the richness of strawberry. Make sure to use plane milk instead of saffron milk for rasmalai. And if left over rasmalai has to be used make sure to use another milk as the recipe of rasmalai. Make sure to avoid dry fruits. So enjoy the recipe of Strawberry Rasmalai.

2 table spoon powder sugar
1/4 cup strawberry crush

Ingredients to make Strawberry Rasmalai:
16 no. ready rasmalai8 to 10 strawberries finely chopped
2 table spoon powder sugar
1/4 cup strawberry crush
For garnishing:
Sliced fresh strawberries
Method to make Strawberry Rasmalai:
- Cut rasmalai in to two parts horizontally.
- Mix chopped strawberries with sugar and mix well.
- In a serving plate place lower part of rasalai and spread straeberry mixture over it. Place upper part of the rasmalai over it. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Mix strawberry crush with chilled rasmalai milk. Blend properly and pore it over the ready rasmalais.
- Garnish with strawberry slices. Store in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chilled Strawberry Rasmalai as desert.
