How to Make Cheesy Gold Coin

In earlier recipe we learn to make gold coin. In that recipe we use potatoes and lots of vegetables, it was yummy. But fried, so yesterday I tried to make some healthy version of that fried gold coin. And as a result I found great grilled cheesy gold coin with the filling of cheese and cottage cheese. It is very delicious in taste and as it contains cheese and paneer it's calcium rich also. And above all a great non fried snack. I am sure kids will love it because of cheese. I think this home made recipe of Cheese can be served as tea time snack, break fast, for kids party and of course good for kitty party also. Cooking time - 10 minutes
Makes - 4 cheesy gold coin

Ingredients to make Cheesy Gold Coin:

For coins:

8 slices bread
Butter to spread

For stuffing:

1 1/2 table spoon grated cheese
2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped
1 small onion very finely chopped
1 tea spoon oregano
1 tea spoon chilli flacks
1 table spoon finely chopped coriander
2 tea spoon tomato sauce
1 tea spoon red chilli sauce
Salt to taste

To serve with:

Tomato ketch up

Method to Make Cheesy Gold Coin:

For Coins:

  • Cut beads in equal round shape with cutter or jar. Keep a side covered.

For stuffing:

  • Add all ingredients of stuffing in a mixing bowl and mix well.

How to assemble:

  • Take a round piece of bread and spread above stuffing over it. Cover with another slice of bread. Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Bush some butter on both outer sides of bread and grill them in griller for 3 to 4 minutes or till crisp. If griller is not available it can be done on non stick tavi - griddle also. 
  • Repeat the same for remaining. 
  • Serve hot cheesy Gold Coin with tomato ketch up.
