Fresh fruits or nuts are used as per requirement. It is lighter than normal ice cream, because milk is used rather than cream. But we are using cream for creamy texture. You can avoid adding cream. So enjoy the home made recipe of Chocolate Gelato.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Gelato:
4 cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
4 table spoon corn flour
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
1 cup fresh cream
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method to make Chocolate Gelato:
- In a pan mix milk, corn flour and sugar and cook till thick.
- When thick add melted dark chocolate and again cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame and add cream and vanilla essence.
- Let it cool at room temperature and add chocolate chips to it.
- Cool in deep fridge for 8 to 10 hours in air tight container.
- Rich and creamy Chocolate Gelato is ready to serve.
