The marination is made with yummy minty flavour. And as a fact it has to be used in fast all fasting ingredients are used with paneer, like potatoes, sweet potatoes etc. Even purple yam - kand also can be used. This recipe can be served as starter as well as mid day snacks also. So enjoy this delicious recipe during this upvas.

Ingredients to make Farali Paneer Tikka:
3 cups paneer cubes
1 cup baby potatoes - boiled and peeled
1 cup sweet potatoes - peeled and par boiled
1 table spoon oil
For marination:
1/2 cup hung cud
1 1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
4 to 5 green chillies
Lemon juice of 2 lemons
1 tea spoon roasted cumin seeds
Salt or fasting salt - sindhav (rock salt) to taste
Method to make Farali Paneer Tikka:
- Blend all ingredients of marination to fine paste and keep a side.
- Cut paneer and sweet potatoes in equal size.
- In a big mixing bowl add sweet potatoes, paneer and baby potatoes. Add above marination to it and mix well.
- Keep a side for minimum 20 minutes.
- In a non stick pan add some oil and spread marinated paneer, baby potatoes and sweet potatoes over it. Cook at medium flame till light pink on every sides. Even it can be roasted on direct flame with the use of screwer.
- Serve hot and delicious Farali Paneer Tikka immediately.
