Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes
Serves - 4 person

Ingredients to Make Mixed Vegetable Curry in Green Gravy

  • 2 cups green gravy
  • 2 tea spoon butter
  • 1 onion cubes
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum cubes - small
  • 1/2 red capsicum cubes - small
  • 1/4 cup par boiled baby corn
  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  • 2 table spoon grated cheese
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 table spoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 to 4 cherry tomato or 1 small tomato cubes

For garnishing:

Grated cheese

Method to Make Mixed Vegetable Curry in Green Gravy

  • In a pan take 2 tea spoon butter and sauté onion, capsicum, baby corn and paneer. At last add cherry tomato or tomato cubes. Add salt to taste. Keep a side.
  • In another pan heat 1 table spoon oil and 1 table spoon butter. 
  • Now add above green gravy to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 
  • At last add vegetables and grated cheese to it, again cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with grated cheese.
  • Yummy and healthy Mix Vegetables in Green Gravy is ready to serve.
