Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Tandoori Aloo. Aloo - potatoes are all time favourite vegetable of all age group. It's a home made recipe of tandoori aloo. It can be served as starter or can be served with main dish. It's a perfect blend of spices with great taste of kasuri methi - dry fenugreek leaves.

Ingredients to make Tandoori Aloo:
250 grams par boiled baby potatoes
2 table spoon fresh cream
1 tea spoon kasuri methi
3 table spoon oil
Salt to taste
For making paste:
8 to 10 kashmiri red chilli
2 tea spoon garlic paste
1 tea spoon ginger paste
2 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
2 tea spoon roasted dry coriander powder
Method to make Tandoori Aloo:
- Make smooth paste from paste.
- In a pan heat oil and add above paste. cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt, kasuri methi and par boiled potatoes to it.
- Mix well. Again cook for 2 minutes.
- At last add fresh cream and cook for some times covered.
- Hot and tempting Tandoori Aloo is ready to serve.
