To cut the lengthy process here it's a home made recipe for delicious punjabi gravy. It's a recipe for Red gravy, which can be stored in deep freezer for long time. So that it can be easy to make vegetable easy and quick.

Ingredients to make Red Gravy:
3 to 4 table spoon oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup tomato pure
3 table spoon soaked cashews paste
1 table spoon soaked watermelon seeds paste
1 table spoon garlic paste
3 table spoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
3 table spoon red chilli paste
1 tea spoon punjabi garam masalo
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
2 table spoon cumin and coriander powder
Method to make Red Gravy:
- In a pan add oil and heat it. Add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add tomato pure and cook for 2 minutes. Now add al dry spices and again cook for 2 minutes.
- At last add cashew and watermelon seeds - magajtari paste. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Red Gravy is ready to store.
- Let it cool at room temperature and store in deep freezer in air tight container.
