How to Make Noodles Pakoda

Recipe By Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Noodles Pakoda. Kids are very fond of noodles. So specially for them it's an innovative recipe from instant noodles. A very nice and easy to make mouth watering recipe is here. This home made recipe of Noodles Pakoda is quick to make if ingredients are ready. I used veg. aata noodles to make it healthier. We are serving it with hot sauce to make it more delicious.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes

Ingredients to make Noodles Pakoda:

For Pakoda:

1 packet veg. aata noodles
1 1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
jiuho1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup boiled green peas
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped coriander
Salt to taste
5 to 6 green chillies finely chopped
Oil for frying

For hot sauce:

1 cup water
1 tea spoon freshly crushed garlic
3 table spoon red chilli sauce
3 table spoon tomato ketch up
2 tea spoon corn flour 
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon oil
1/2 tea spoon chilli flacks

To serve with:

Tomato ketch up
Hot sauce

Method to make Noodles pakoda:

For hot sauce:

  • In a bowl mix water, chilli sauce, ketch up, corn flour and salt. Mix well. Keep a side.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic to it. Cook for 2 minutes and then add above mixture to it. Cook till thick at slow flame. When ready remove from flame and add chilli flacks. Keep a side.

For pakodas:


  • Make noodles as the instruction on the pack. Keep a side.
  • In another container mix all the ingredients and boiled noodles. Mix well and make pakoda better by adding sufficient water.
  • Keep a side covered for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Heat oil and fry medium sized pakoda from better. Fry till light brown. When ready drain on absorbent tissue. 
  • Serve hot and tempting Noodles Pakoda with yummy hot sauce and tomato ketch up.
