Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Chocolate Fudge with hot chocolate Sauce. In earlier recipe we learn about the making of chocolate fudge in microwave. But now it's another and easy recipe for same chocolate fudge with hot chocolate sauce, a very easy and low fat recipe. Actually it can be said winter recipe, because when it is served hot it gives us the filling like sizzling brownie. It contains very less ingredients yet a yummy desert. So enjoy and serve this yummy desert during this diwali.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Fudge with Hot Chocolate Sauce:
2 table spoon butter
2 cups roughly crushed multi grain cookies
1 table spoon caster sugar (opt.)
2 drops vanilla essence
1 tea spoon coffee powder
2 table spoon drinking chocolate powder
1/4 cup grated dark chocolate
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts - cashews, almonds, walnuts
To serve with:
For garnishing:
Chopped almonds
Chopped cashews
Chopped walnuts
Method to make Chocolate Fudge with Hot Chocolate Fudge:
- Make semi crushed powder from cookies. I made it in chilli cutter.
- Dry roast all nuts in microwave.
- In a pan add butter, sugar, coffee powder, milk and drinking chocolate powder. Heat at very slow flame. ( I used low fat milk and low fat butter.)
- When butter melts add grated chocolate to it and let it melt properly. Now add vanilla essence and crushed cookies. Remove from flame.
- Mix well and add nuts to it. Again mix well.
- Let it cool at room temperature in a container.
- At the time of serving take a small portion of fudge in microwave proof bowl and pour some chocolate sauce over it. Cook in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds. Garnish with chopped nuts.
- Hot and mouth watering Chocolate Fudge with Hot Chocolate Sauce is ready to serve.
- Remaining fudge and chocolate sauce can be stored in freeze for 5 to 7 days. Chocolate sauce can be diluted by milk before pouring if needed.
