Again in this recipe left over paneer bhurji can be used. But we are making it fresh with fresh home made paneer. I think it's a very nice idea for break fast or starter. Even it can be served as snacks also.

Ingredients to make Paneer Bhurji on Toast:
1 cup fresh crumbled paneer
1 big onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tea spoon ginger paste
1/2 tea spoon green chillies
(finely chopped)
1/8 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 1/2 to 2 table spoon oil
Salt to taste
4 bread slices

Method to make Paneer Bhurji on Toast:
- In a pan add oil and when it's hot add onion to it. Sauté till light brown.
- Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add ginger paste, capsicum and all spices. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
- Take a toasted bread slice and spread 1/4 part of bhurji over it. And garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Serve hot and mouthwatering Paneer Bhurji on Toast immediately.
