How to make Mayonnaise

Recipe By Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Mayonnaise. Yes it is possible to make mayonnaise at home. It is a very easy home made recipe. Just mix and churn ingredients. No need to cook also. If condensed milk is ready it will be very easy and quick to make it. Even instant condensed milk also can be taken. So enjoy this egg less recipe for mayonnaise.

Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - nil

Ingredients to make mayonnaise:

1/2 cup fresh cream 
1/2 tea spoon mustard powder
2 tea spoon white vinegar
2 to 3 tea spoon salad oil
Salt to taste

Method to make mayonnaise:

  • In a big mixture jar add condensed milk, cream, mustard powder, salt, vinegar and 1/2 tea spoon salad oil. Churn for 30 seconds.
  • Again add 1/2 tea spoon salad oil and churn for 30 to 40 seconds.
  • Repeat the process 2 to 3 time. 
  • When ready transfer in to air tight container.
  • Mayonnaise is ready to use, it can be stored for 10 to 15 days in refrigerator in air tight container.
