Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Chocolaty Gulab Jamun. In earlier recipe we learn how to make Gulab Jamun. But I wanted a twist in same original gulab jamun so, Yesterday I tried to make some thing different. And it came really very nicely. It was as usual a special chocolaty recipe. I just loved the taste of Chocolaty Gulab Jamun. Yes, it is different and yummy. So, enjoy this home made mouth watery recipe as soon as possible.

Ingredients to make Chocolaty Gulab Jamun:
For jamun:
250 grams grated khoya
2 table spoon cocoa powder
2 table spoon drinking chocolate powder
4 to 5 table spoon refined flour
3 to 4 table spoon chocolate chips
Milk as needed
Oil or ghee for dip frying
For sugar syrup:
3 cups sugar
2 cups water
1/2 tea spoon milk
For garnishing:
Chocolate chips
Chocolate vermicelli
Method to make Chocolaty Gulab Jamun:
For sugar syrup:
- Make sugar syrup same as Gulab Jamun.
For Chocolaty Gulab Jamun:
- Mix khoya cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder and refined flour in a big plate. Knead properly to make dough. Add few drops of milk if needed.
- Divide in to equal portions and fill chocolate chips in each portion at the centre. Make crack free balls from it and dip fry at very slow flame.
How to assemble:
- Soak fried jamuns in warm sugar syrup for minimum 30 minutes.
- At the time of serving remove excess sugar syrup and garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate vermicelli.
