How to Make Protein Paratha

They are suitable for heavy breakfast, lunch or dinner. So here it's a home made recipe for Protein Paratha. It contains paneer-cottage cheese and coriander also.

Home made paneer is a very good source of calcium. I always make paneer from low fat milk so that it is healthy and low in calories. And lots of coriander leaves are used to make it more n more healthy. Because as we all know coriander leaves are rich source of minerals and vitamins. So enjoy this healthy and quick recipe for single meal dinner or heavy break fast.


Protein Paratha
 
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Serves - 4 person

Ingredients to make Protein Paratha:

1cup grated paneer
2 to 3 grated onion
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 table spoon soya flour
4 to 5 green chillies
1 cup chopped coriander
2 table spoon curd
2 table spoon oil
Salt to taste
A pinch turmeric powder
Dry rice flour for dusting
Oil or butter for shallow frying

To serve with:

Whisked curd
Tomato ketch up

Method to make Protein Paratha:

  • In a mixture jar mix curd, oil, green chillies and coriander leaves, crush to fine paste. Avoid to add water.
  • In anoher big bowl mix wheat flour, soya flour, salt, gated paneer and turmeric powder. 
  • Make soft dough with the help of green paste. Knead properly.
  • Make equal size balls from it and roll a medium thick paratha with the help of dry rice flour.
  • On a tavi-griddle shallow fry paratha from both sides with the help of oil or butter.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Serve hot and healthy Protein Paratha with curd, tomato ketchup and green chutney.
