And we are going to add different ingredients in it to make it more healthy and delicious. This home made recipe for Mix Veg.Raita can be served with pulao-rice plate or as side dish with breads like naan, parathas or kulchas. This raita contains lots of vegetables like cucumber, carrot, coriander, mint, tomato, beat etc. So it's a very healthy and yummy recipe, but it is very easy to make.

Ingredients to make Mix Veg. Raita:
2 cup hung curd
1 small tomato
1 small onion (opt.)
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 small beat
1 green chilly
1/2 cup chopped coriander
2 table spoon chopped mint leaves
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
1 tea spoon sugar
For garnishing:
Roasted cumin powder
Red chilly powder
Method to make Mix Veg. Raita:
- Hang curd for 2 to 3 hours.
- Wash and finely chop tomato. Remove seeds and extra juice from it.
- Wash and grate carrot, beat and cucumber.
- Wash and grate onion.
- Whisk curd and add salt, cumin powder and sugar to it.
- Add all the vegetables to it and mix properly.
- Transfer the mixture in a serving bowl and garnish with cumin powder and red chilly powder.
- Serve chilled Mix Veg. Raita with lunch or dinner.
