Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Learn How To Make Bread Bhurji. This is a homemade recipe for healthy and quick breakfast. Bread bhurji is a great combination of vegetables. You can add vegetables as per your choice.

Ingredients to make Bread Bhurji:
10 slices bread
1 cup yogurt – whipped
½ tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon green chili – finely chopped
8 to 10 curry leaves
½ tea spoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
1 onion finely chopped
½ capsicum finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
2 tea spoon oil
1 cup yogurt – whipped
½ tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon green chili – finely chopped
8 to 10 curry leaves
½ tea spoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
1 onion finely chopped
½ capsicum finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
2 tea spoon oil
For garnishing:
Finely chopped coriander
Grated cheese
Grated cheese
Method to make Bread Paneer:
(1) Remove sides of breads and roughly crush it by hand. Keep aside.
(2) In a big bowl mix yogurt, and salt and add little water if needed. Mix well.
(3) Add bread mixture to it and keep aside.
(4) Heat
oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds to it, when it crackles add
curry leaves, green chili paste and ginger paste to it.
(5) Add onion and fry for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum and again cook for 1 minute.
(6) Add bread mixture to it at slow flame. Mix well.
(7) Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till bread turns to light brown in colour.
(8) Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves and grated cheese.
(9) Hot and quick Bread bhurji is ready to serve.
