How to Make Paneer Pista Basundi

Learn how to make Paneer Pista Basundi. Actually basundi is traditional Indian sweet. It is served with or after meal. But unfortunately it contains high fat. So it's my honest try to make it little bit low fat.

Normally we are suppose to use full fat milk in this recipe but I tried to make it with skimmed or low fat milk. And above all paneer - cottage cheese is used so, full of calcium also. Even artificial sweetener can be used instead of sugar. And it is v
