How to make paneer Peanut Bread Roll

Normally we are use to make bread rolls with the potato stuffing. But here it's a innovative and healthier recipe for that tasty and yummy bread rolls. Here it's a homemade recipe for paneer peanut bread roll. It is very east and quick recipe. An of course healthy also. So, enjoy the cooking of calcium rich recipe.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 4 person

Ingredients to make Paneer Peanut Bread Roll: 

8 to 10 slices of bread
100 grams roasted peanuts
100 grams grated paneer
50 grams butter
1/2 tea spoon crushed mustard seeds
50 gram hung curd
1 tea spoon grated carrot
1 tea spoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste 
1 tea spoon chopped green chilies
oil for frying

To serve with:

Tomato ketch up

Method to make Paneer Peanut Bread Roll:
  • Remove sides from bread. Keep aside.
  • Remove skin from roasted peanuts and roughly crush it.
  • In another bowl mix hung curd, paneer, butter, peanuts, mustard seeds, salt, carrot, coriander and green chilies properly.
  • Spread above mixture on bread slice and roll it properly. Seal with some water or rice flour slurry.
  • Use tooth picks if needed.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls till light brown at med-high flame.
  • When done remove from flame and drain on absorbent tissue paper.
  • Testy and healthy Paneer Peanut Bread Rolls are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketch up.
