8 to 10 slices of bread
100 grams roasted peanuts
100 grams grated paneer
50 grams butter
1/2 tea spoon crushed mustard seeds
50 gram hung curd
1 tea spoon grated carrot
1 tea spoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon chopped green chilies
oil for frying
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up

Method to make Paneer Peanut Bread Roll:
- Remove sides from bread. Keep aside.
- Remove skin from roasted peanuts and roughly crush it.
- In another bowl mix hung curd, paneer, butter, peanuts, mustard seeds, salt, carrot, coriander and green chilies properly.
- Spread above mixture on bread slice and roll it properly. Seal with some water or rice flour slurry.
- Use tooth picks if needed.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls till light brown at med-high flame.
- When done remove from flame and drain on absorbent tissue paper.
- Testy and healthy Paneer Peanut Bread Rolls are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketch up.
